From the DocuSign home page, click the "New Envelope" button or select the "Send" tab to begin the sending process.

DocuSign makes it easy to send and sign documents. These guides make it even easier.

From the DocuSign home page, click the "New Envelope" button or select the "Send" tab to begin the sending process.

From within the "Prepare Envelope" section click "Choose from an Online Document."

From the "Add Online Documents" window select "Templates" or "Shared Templates" from your DocuSign Library.

When a folder is selected, the documents will show up on the right-hand side. Select the document or documents for the envelope and click the "Add" button.
Documents that have been added will show up as selected documents.

A subject and email may have been pre-entered in the template. To update the text, click inside the text box and edit.
To add a note to a specific recipient, select that person's name from the "Add a Note" menu and click the "Add" button.
Templates can have pre-positioned tags on the document. If you know the tags that are selected are correct, click "Send Now" or click the "Next" button to view the tag locations.

You can add tags or remove unlocked tags. When you are ready to send, click "Send Now" or click "Next" to preview the recipient's view.
