How to Send Advanced Tagging
Step 1
To start a new envelope, click the "New Envelope" button or select the "Send" tab to begin the sending process.

Step 2
From within the "Prepare Envelope" section select your document or template to send.

Step 3
Add recipients' email addresses and names, and mark them as signers or carbon copy recipients.

Step 4
A subject and email address may have been pre-entered. To update them, click the text inside the text box and edit.
To add a note to a specific recipient, select that person's name from the "Add a Note" menu and click the "Add" button.

To add tags to the document click the "Next" button or the "Add Tags" link at the top of the page.

Step 6
To add signing instructions click each signer's name, then click and drag the tags onto the document.
Step 7
When all tags have been added to the document, you may choose to edit the properties of each tag. Click the tag and select the gear icon to view the tag properties.

Step 8
The tag properties can be updated as a group or individually. Once you have completed your edits, apply or click "Save as Custom" to use in the future.

Step 9
The Toolbar can be used to make changes to groups of tags. To access the Tagger Palette click the "Tag" icon in the right-hand Toolbar.
Step 10
When the envelope is ready, click "Next" to preview the recipients' view before sending, or simply click "Send Now."
