How to Manage Envelopes
Step 1
You can easily find the envelopes you are looking for and take action quickly in the Manage section using the Navigation Bar, the Envelope List, or Quick Details View.
To view the Manage section click the “Manage” tab.

Navigation Bar: Envelope Folders
Envelope Folders found in the upper left let you select envelopes that were sent to you or by you. When each folder is selected the associated envelopes will appear in the envelope list.
You may create new folders to organize and save your envelopes.
Step 3
Navigation Bar: Search Folders
To search by envelope status, click "Search Folders". There you will find envelopes grouped by actions. Custom searches you create will also appear here. To learn how to create custom searches, see the Custom Search How-to Guide.
When each folder is selected, all associated envelopes will appear in the envelope list.

Navigation Bar: Templates and PowerForms
Templates are managed the same way as your envelopes. Click "Templates" to manage your templates, Shared templates and PowerForms.

Envelope List: Viewing Envelopes
You can scroll through the envelope list to find the envelope you are looking for, or you can click the header bar to filter the envelopes by the header bar column.
Click an envelope in the list to select it, or hold down the shift key and click to select multiple envelopes.

Envelope List: Actions
Envelopes with a red flag indicate your action is required for the envelope. Some envelopes may have "!"to indicate the envelope will expire soon.

Envelope List: Actions
All actions that can be taken on an envelope are available by selecting the envelope and then clicking the "Actions" menu. These actions can also be accessed by double-clicking to open the envelope and selecting "More Actions".

Step 8
Quick View: Details
When an envelope is selected you can see more information by clicking “Details” under the envelope list. The details will show the envelope status and a quick view of what has happened and what will happen next with the envelope.
Step 9
Quick View: History
For more information about what has happened with an envelope, click the "History" tab. The History shows every action that has been taken on an envelope.
Step 10
Quick View: Document
To view the document without opening the envelope, click "Document" to view the document in its current state in the envelope.
