I successfully uploaded a handwritten signature to be used by DocuSign for all of my transactions. Unfortunately, any envelope I create still uses the old pre-fab signature that was chosen earlier. I went into Account/Manage Signature and tried to delete the old signature but I keep getting an error that says:
We have detected envelopes In Process utilizing this signature. Please sign any outstanding envelopes before deleting this signature I checked my Inbox and Sent folders and found no envelopes that were In Process. How can I delete the old signature so that I can start using the new handwritten one??? |

Did you change your date range to show "ALL" in your sent items. This will display everything you sent out, and you should be able to find the envelope that is still outstanding.

I tried changing the date range to all as you suggested and did find one envelope that was still in process which I have since deleted. However, it still won't let me delete that signature. Any other ideas???

Make sure you void it not just delete it.

#1 You need to wait for the system to complete a final delete cycle before you can remove an old signature. That happens each night as a 'safety measure' in case someone accidentally deletes, they can call us and we can save the file if the call within the day.
#2 Make sure you change the TEXT NAME to the name you want to use. The signature image is pulled up based on the TEXT NAME that is submitted with the email address. -TG
