The error you've encountered is usually caused by the print client having been turned off. This is fairly easy to remedy.
First, double-check to make sure the print client is not running. Look in the bottom right corner next to the clock and you will see the system tray – an area with several small icons. Is a DocuSign icon there? If it is there, please right click on it and select “EXIT”. If it is not there, proceed to the next step. Go to the START menu in the bottom left of your screen and select ALL PROGRAMS. In the list that pops up, select DocuSign Web or Express and click on the DocuSign web or express link. If you use DocuSign Pro, then select DocuSign Pro and click on the DocuSign Pro link. It will seem as though nothing happened. However, the DocuSign icon will reappear in the lower right area of your screen (in the system tray just to the left of the clock). Once this operation is complete, you should be able log in and use DocuSign without additional issues. If you need to install the client you can find it here: http://www.docusign.com/product_downloads/ |
