Why is this program so SLOOOOOOOOWWWWWW!

It's ridiculous, really! It's been ten minutes, I'm trying to print the signed contract that I got back from the client, it's still loading in "print view" window! And in the envelope view, each page takes about three minutes to open up, and if you go to a different page (which also takes 3-5 minutes to load) and then go back to previous page, it starts the loading process again like nothing even stays in the memory. what am I missing here? This is my second day using this program, what's up with this snail speed? I could print the contract, drive to the client's house, sign and fax it all while this thing is still loading up.

BTW, I have 1 year old notebook running Windows Vista Home edition, 2 GHz Dual processor, 3 GB or RAM and 250G hard drive, cable internet connection, so plenty of machine power to process a pretty complicated task.

probably there is something wrong on your PC.

are you sure that you are not behind any firewall. You might have a local firewall (provided by Antivurses) or if you are connected to your office server over VPN, the company;s firewall might be blocking the streaming media from the Docusign server....just a guess...
