Docusign is fantastic, but how do I use docusign to complete a Real Estate Condition Report when x or check marks need to be used to complete the documents.

Check for the options under the "signature" and "initial" boxes. I think it says "field".

The laws for eSignature vary from location to location. You would need to check the laws in your area

Sellers will provide the buyers with a Real Estate Condition Report. It is a good idea to complete that report when you put your home on the market.Once the report is completed, you can give potential buyers a copy of the report when they tour the property.
