When you click Send and nothing happens you will need to check your DocuSign Credentials and make sure they are valid. Here are the steps on how to do that:

1. When in DocuSign Professional Click on Tools > Options
2. Enter your Username and Password that you use to log into DocuSign.
3. Press the “check credentials” button and you should pass.
4. If you fail, you will need to either check to make sure Web Service Exists or reset your password.

To check for Web Service follow these steps:
1. When in DocuSign Professional Click on Tools > Options > Click the Advanced Tab
2. On the right hand side click Verify and it should show that Web Service Exists.
3. If Web Service Does Not Exist that means something on your computer is blocking DocuSign Professional from accessing the internet. Usually this happens because Virus Software or Firewall settings are blocking what it thinks is a potential virus gaining access ot the computer.

Once you have enabled DocuSign Professional to get past your Virus Software or Firewall you should be able to send out documents via the DocuSign Pro application.
