Default Time Stamp showing wrong time.
The time stamp is not correct. It looks like it is on the wrong time zone or something. Where can i fix this???

Default Time Stamp showing wrong time.
The time stamp is set to PST - Pacific Standard TIme, as this is where the DocuSign Servers are located. Since it is set by the server the time stamp cannot be changed.

Is it possible that webservice can return UTC time in status responses so that webservice client can display it according whatever time zone it is running on?

Sorry, the time stamp is set to Pacific Standard Time and cannot be changed.
