Simply visit the login page, and click 'Forgot your password?' link. Enter your email, and instructions will be sent to your email address to reset your password. This will require you to answer your 'forgotten password' question that you provided when you setup your account or registered for a signature. The forgotten password process will present you with the question you selected when you setup your account, and you must enter the answer you created at that time.

If you have been LOCKED OUT because you tried too many times in a row, you must either wait 30 minutes and try again, or contact us at passwordreset@docusign.com and we will manually process your request.
