How To ESIGN: Creating a Secured Field
When you have need to have documents signed, one of the important characteristics of the documents for signature is the information they contain. How does electronic signature and online contract execution affect information collection?
You can collect information from your signers with secured fields! Great... so how exactly, do you create these fields for your signers?
To Create A Secured Field:
From the menu in DocuSign:
1. Select account.
2. Select managed secured fields and on the managed secured fields page.
3. Click the add button.
To Create Radio Buttons to Guide Your Signers' Choices:
1. Select radio buttons from the type list.
2. Enter a group name. Remember to use the same group name for the set of radio buttons on your document(s)!
3. Click the required check box to make sure your signers make a choice from among the radio buttons in a group.
4. Click save.
You can read more about radio buttons (and watch the accompanying video), check out our forums and or leave us comments if you want to know more.

Demo too small. I could not see anything and it was a total waste of a few seconds.
Debbie, I apologize that the demo is too small. Thank you for your feedback. Moving forward, I'll resize the videos to be bigger.
Thanks,
