Can my signers sign on a mobile device?

Yes, you may need to enable this feature. To do this:

• Log in to your DocuSign account.
• Click on your name in the upper right.
• Select Preferences.
• Under Account Administration select Features.
• Check the box next to Signer can sign on a mobile device.
• Click Save.
