Realogy in Review: ERA 2011 International Business Conference and Century 21 International Convention

Last week, we attended the ERA 2011 International Business Conference, from Thursday, March 17 to Saturday, March 19, and the Century 21 International Convention, from Monday, March 21 to Wednesday, March 23 at The Mirage, Las Vegas.

We demonstrated the fastest, easiest, most secure way to send, track, sign and store documents, highlighting how DocuSign can save attendees time and money. We heard from our customers how DocuSign helped them get and close deals, especially when their clients didn't have access to a fax machine.

Getting and Using Your Integrator Key

Along with the new rate limits, DocuSign will now enforce the use of an integrator key when using the API! This blog entry is designed to help you understand the logic behind the key, as well as how to use it with your new and existing integrations.
What is this integrator key?
The integrator key identifies a single integration. It enables you to send requests using the API along with a username/password combination.

Anti-Electronic Signature Bill Passes In Utah, Reverses Progress by Prohibiting the Use of E-Signatures in Electoral Process

The Utah legislature passed the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (Utah Code Ann. §46-4-101 et seq.) in 2000, putting electronic signatures and records on equal footing with paper and ink. Just last year, the Utah Supreme Court held that petitions can be electronically signed (2010 UT 47). Yesterday, with the passage of S.B. 165, the Utah legislature turned the bus around and started heading right back to 1999.
