DocuSign eSignature Works With Your Technology Tools

Posted May 28, 2010

Yesterday we attended RainCamp Bellingham and discussed electronic signature in a panel about Real Estate Technology Tools, which included Zillow, Market Leader, Estately and ActiveRain. We got a question about collaboration, so I wanted to share this example of how DocuSign works with other real estate tools - in this example, we demonstrate how to integrate your DocuSign eSignature account with your zipForm 6 account.

Adding your DocuSign electronic signature credentials to your eSignature tab in zipForm 6

To send documents for electronic signatures from zipForm 6 with DocuSign, you must have a DocuSign eSignature account and add your DocuSign log in service credentials to the eSignature tab in zipForm 6.

In the main zipForm 6 screen:

  • Click the “forms” tab
  • Click the “tools” tab
  • Click the “options” button to open the options dialog box
  • Click the “E-Signature” tab
  • Enter the email and password you use to log into your DocuSign account and click “Ok”

You can now send documents for electronic signature through zipForm 6 - get your documents signed, sent and returned, all without the pain, hassle and expense of faxing, driving to your clients, or overnighting documents!

Of course, DocuSign's partnered with other real estate tools - take a look at DocuSign's real estate partner page for a complete list of our collaborative efforts with other real estate tech tools! Have we not yet partnered with the tools you're using? Take a look at the DocuSign Developer Center - we provide free access to our eSignature SDK and API.

I am a real estate broker - one of the things that was missing was an outlook interface - i found http://www.atware.com/esignature.html and downloaded - we had a few issues as I used a hosted exchange system - Wow - Duke harvey was immediately on the case and corrected these minor exchange issues.....now I can send a docusign attachement straight from outlook AND I can send my outlook contacts to the Docusign control panel.

CHECK IT OUT -

Marshall - thanks for highlighting @Ware's DocuSign and Outlook integration. Duke used DocuSign's API to bring you DocuSign to your Outlook! :)
