Are you using DocuSign Electronic Signature Service with another forms creation tool, such as zipForms, WINForms, Word, Excel, Adobe, etc.? If you're a Mac user, take a look at “How-To Use DocuSign on Your Mac”

For purposes of this discussion, I'll use WINForms in this example. However, the steps are similar for the other forms creation software tools.

The virtual print driver allows DocuSign to communicate directly with WINForms.
