What Can Make Our Blog Better?

Posted June 16, 2009

reportcardSince blogging more regularly since January '09, we've seen:

  • electronic signature & online contract execution innovation in DocuSign 9.1, which include:
    • electronic signature personalization
    • email-like simple and powerful sending
    • Intelligent Document Recognition™ (IDR)
    • Support for additional document formats
    • "Signing Host" for in-person signing experiences

We've also launched a new Web site, explaining different electronic signature and electronic contract execution plans:

  • DocuSign Professional Standard gets you:
    • Easy Sending and Signing: Send any printable document for signers to sign using a familiar signing process. All you need is a browser.
    • Flexibility: Use "Sign Here" tabs or free form signing options with multiple documents to numerous signers.
    • Legally Enforceable: Signatures executed via DocuSign's service are 100% compliant with the legal requirements established by ESIGN and UETA.
    • Secure Vaulting and Document Management: Access your securely vaulted documents and their status via your own web console.
    • Optional Branding: Add your own logos, personalized messages, and colors to customize your experience and display your company's branding.
  • DocuSign Professional Advanced also gives you:
    • Time Saving Templates: "One click" contract preparation includes workflow and precise signature placement for your documents.
    • Convenience: DocuSign will automatically send reminders and document expiration notices to senders so you don't have to.
    • Productivity Enhancements: Efficient document routing with sequential signing and correction controls.
    • Ease of Use: Simple and powerful user interface designed for high volume users, reducing the learning curve.
    • Bulk Sending: Automate mass sending operations by instantly sending documents en masse.
    • Microsoft Outlook® Integration: Automatically import your contacts from Outlook.
  • DocuSign Corporate

We've also released the DocuSign Developer Center, to enable others to integrate the power of e-signature and online contract execution with their mission-critical processes. The DocuSign Developer Center provides:

  • resources for the developer community
  • API access
  • forums to communicate with other electronic signature and online contract execution developers
  • knowledge sharing with DocuSign experts

What we haven't done is hear your feedback on our blog content - what do you want to read more about? See more of? We'll still talk about what we know (and love) - electronic signature and online contract execution, what's happening with DocuSign, new features, releases and customer stories... We want to know what you're interested in. Leave a comment or ping us on Twitter. We'd appreciate your feedback.
