DocuSign Sightings: Alibaba.com & Entrepreneur.com
Want to know more about web-based technologies and tools, including electronic signature and online contract execution services?
Alibaba.com recently reprinted an article from Entrepreneur.com, by Marc Peruzzi, entitled “Adios, Excel.” Services, apps, tools and other useful-to-the-bottom-line with mentions includes:
FreshBooks: Invoicing and time-tracking service for freelancers, independent service providers (ISPs) and small businesses
BrightCove: Video-integration specialist that’s “fast becoming the web’s de facto video platform”
DocuSign: Electronic signature and electronic contract execution (ECE) service “helps businesses sign on the dotted line faster, electronically moving and tracking contracts and other documents. Valid e-signatures mean faster document turnaround, reduced operating costs and extra room where the file cabinets used to be.”
High Street Partners: Consultants that help businesses expand overseas, lending insight into overseas compliance regulations, tax laws, and employment regulations.
Innovation Exchange: Crowdsourced solutions to challenges posed by companies or nonprofits. Project values can be as high as $50,000 or $100,000, for the online innovator whose idea sticks.
LawScribe: Legal documentation services for a much lower price than the fees typically charged by U.S. law firms.
MindTree: IT consulting which provides its customers with local engineers to work with you to resolve bugs or rough patches.
North-By-South: Custom software solutions created by a network of Brazilian developers.
SugarCRM : Open-source CRM solution that is highly customizable and scalable for small and large businesses.
Volusion: Template or custom-created shopping-cart software for F500 companies and major universities.
Thanks to Marc Peruzzi for mentioning DocuSign’s e-signature and electronic contract execution service and to Alibaba for the reprint. Web-based tools change how businesses run and can minimize operational costs. While we can’t speak for the other companies, DocuSign’s users report time savings as well.
“Telatron did away with signing errors and shortened loan process turnaround time from five days or more to less than an hour.” – Telatron
