The social enterprise is NOW! On Thursday, March 15th, 2012, DocuSign participated in salesforce.com’s Cloudforce + Cloudstock and joined more than 17,000 cloud enterprise customers, prospects, and partners. Salesforce.com’s Marc Benioff took the stage with a handful of key customers, including Coke, Activision, HP, Burberry, and others. He highlighted how these and other leading companies are taking advantage of social CRM to accelerate and connect with customers.

In an earlier post we covered the different envelope recipient types.  Today's tip is around using Agent Managed Envelopes.

Agent managed envelopes allow agents or brokers from both sides of a transaction to manage the signing process through DocuSign to easily support brokered or channel transactions. Some examples of where agent managed envelopes could be used are:
