Is there any way to get in touch with the support team?I have just discovered that I have been subscribed to a service without my knowledge or consent. I only intended to use the service to sign a single document, but it appears that I have been charged for months without realizing it. I believe it would be fair to receive a refund for the charges that I was not aware of.

Hey everyone, I was provided my docusign account through my brokerage (real estate) and I just recently switched brokerages. I don’t want to lose my set up and previous docusign docs that are stored in my account. Is there anyway to fully remove my integration with my previous company, keep my docusign as is for my own personal use, and just pay for it on my own? Anything will help! Thank you!
Is payment immediately processed when providing a new payment method for a suspended account so account can be immediately accessed?

Hi, I am new to Docusign and facing an issue with access token being generated. The previous developer had integrated Appian with Docusign to send envelopes and the integration was working successfully till some time ago. Strangely, the integration is working well in both TEST and PROD. environments but failing in DEV. I am getting the error as “invalid grant”. The code and the keys are the same across all three environments except for the userId which is environment specific. I am using an Appian function to return the JWT token. Can anyone advice how to resolve this issue? Hi Learned Docusign Commuinty🙂 May I know how do we get those 20 successful calls before applying to review an app for Go Live to production environment?I mean I have tried API calls through Postman using the integration key and secret key created for the app but these 20 calls were not counted for the review!Will be grateful if any expert shares a solution to this issue.Thanks & regards,

I need to create a brief note allowing my son to act on my behalf with the Chicago police department and Progressive insurance to deal with a stolen and recovered vehicle. The car is registered in my name so they need this to allow him access to the car etc Can I create this type of document on Docusign as a notarized letter? Erich Weidenbener
HiI use Google workspace. It seems that Dicusign has updated (symbol has changed) and since then the add-on doesn't work. After adding the recipients, I get the following message from Google in the new pop-up window:404. That’s an error.The requested URL /addon-link-not-allowlisted was not found on this server. That’s all we know.I have tried uninstalling docusign, clearing caches/cookies but nothing works. I get the same error message when using Chrome and Safari and across multiple devices. Please advise.ThanksHelen
